This is a leadership program that is intended to inspire and strengthen the skills of officials who stand out for their interest and motivation to improve their cities, so that they can become actual drivers of change in their communities and connect with other people who share their vocation for transformation.

  TEAM OF COACHES

Francisco is a coach and has a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, USA. He specializes in public and private sector transformation processes and supports organizations, teams and individuals in their development. He is a facilitator at Harvard Business Publishing and is a member of Aberkyn/McKinsey and Mobius Executive Leadership, the network of consultants.

Francisco has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University Kennedy School, USA. He was a Board Member at the Harvard Center of Public Leadership and Adaptive Leadership teaching assistant for Dean Williams & Ronald Heifetz. He also learned Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Susskind, Dr. Fisher’s student and member of the Harvard-MIT School of Negotiation.
He is a facilitator in Strategy and Leadership Programs at Harvard Business Publishing Boston, Massachusetts, and an international speaker on Leadership and Organizational Culture.
Francisco specializes in Cultural-Digital Transformation Processes, Change Management and Top Management Counselling for local and international companies and the public sector. He participated in various consulting processes and programs for several sectors, including the financial, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and mass consumption industries. He provided consulting services for different government programs and public sector transformations.
Francisco leads complex and strategic organizational changes, such as digital and technological adoption, efficiency and organizational restructuring. He develops Leadership and Conflict Resolution Programs for top management teams in various industries and manages assessments for the improvement of Executive Skills and Talents. He provides support to CEOs and executives during coaching and personal and professional development processes.
At present, he is a member of the consulting firm Aberkyn/McKinsey and the consultants network Mobius Executive Leadership. Previously, he was a senior consultant with Signos Project and a partner of Nepsis Consulting. Additionally, he was the director of a print and digital magazine specialized in best health practices. He worked for an agribusiness company in the new business development area, and developed social undertakings in the northern region of Argentina. Finally, he engaged in a 9-month contemplation and silence experience in Germany.

Axel spent much of his career working at Cargill as a developer of new business, from the privatization of trains in Argentina to the development of agro-industrial plants for corn wet milling and malting.
One of his passions is to bridge the gap between ideas, dreams and reality, focusing mainly on creating an environment where individuals and teams can fulfill all of their potential, by listening to, accepting and complementing each other.

Axel was the general head responsible for several startups and the director of Renessen in Latin America, a Cargill-Monsanto JV to develop products and innovative value chains with biotechnology. He was the CEO of Calyx Agro, a Louis Dreyfus company that created an agricultural land fund in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
In 2015, Axel co-founded Biocódices, a technology-based Argentine startup, stemming from the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET, in Spanish), which is focused on genomics and bioinformatics for personalized medicine. In 2018, he co-founded PassApp, a technological startup that uses dynamic QR codes to facilitate access to office buildings, gated communities, events, etc.
In 2019, he co-founded EresAgro, a virtual platform focused on the creation of a community where agribusiness companies and emerging talent can meet.
In 2014, Axel received ontological coach training at Newfield Network School, ICF, Chile.
In 2016, he received organizational coach training from Axialent, and in 2018, he participated in CIMBA’s LIFE Program (Neuroleadership), the Leadership Initiative for Excellence, in Italy. Back in 1998, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). He also completed a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Center for Macroeconomic Studies of Argentina (CEMA) and the Top Management Program (PAD) at IAE.
In addition to embarking on entrepreneurship initiatives and supporting entrepreneurs, Axel has been actively participating over the past 4 years in Fundación Irradia and the Local Innovation Network (RIL), two organizations committed to local development and citizen participation.
He has been married to Delfina Ball for 30 years and has three children: Maitena (28), Timoteo (25), and Mia (23). He currently lives in Pilar, Province of Buenos Aires.
