We have been selected by University College London (UCL) to implement its Public Sector Capacity Index in 50 cities across 10 countries in Latin America and Africa.

This project will enable us to support local governments in assessing and analyzing their institutional capacities, generating evidence to better understand how they prepare to address public challenges, adapt to changing contexts, and drive innovation.

Over the coming months, we will work closely with the participating cities to implement this methodology, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and generate knowledge that contributes to strengthening local governments.

In addition to providing valuable insights for each participating city, this initiative will foster shared learning among governments from different regions and continue promoting evidence-based public policies.

Being part of this project marks another step in our commitment to strengthening the capacities of local governments and advancing a network of cities that learn, collaborate, and innovate to transform public management.
