10 Brazilian cities took part in the first Viven.CIIAR meeting, a collaborative exchange space designed to connect local governments’ challenges with experiences and solutions that can inspire new approaches.
How can a city learn from another city’s experience to address its management challenges?
On September 29, the first Viven.CIIAR meeting took place, providing a space for local governments across Brazil to share challenges and collaboratively develop solutions.
During the session, Maringá and Florianópolis presented challenges related to their governments’ internal capacities, as part of their respective Artificial Intelligence IPPLs.
The examples discussed included practical artificial intelligence training for municipalities, ranging from general training for government teams to specialized support to help accelerate requests handled by IT departments.
Following the meeting, the team used RIL’s AI to analyze the notes and presentations shared by the cities and identify successful cases that could serve as references and inspiration for addressing the challenges raised.
Based on this analysis, a report featuring relevant experiences was prepared and shared with the participating municipalities.
The initiative combines knowledge exchange among local governments with the use of artificial intelligence tools to identify lessons learned and connect cities with experiences that can support their teams’ work.
Viven.CIIAR aims to create spaces where cities can share their challenges, learn from other experiences, and explore new ways to address their needs.
This first meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative process that connects peer learning with the potential of artificial intelligence applied to public management.
